The SafetyLine IVR (Interactive Voice Response) telephone interface means that Users and Monitors can get an effective Work Alone solution with even the most basic of phones, including landlines and basic cellular phones, or even Satellite phone.
Staff can dial in to a toll-free number to perform all SafetyLine commands, and even setup speed-dials for one-button Check-in and Panic commands. They can also receive check-in reminders via telephone call, while Monitors can receive Emergency Notifications via telephone call and SMS message.

Staff can select from a variety of different devices, depending on what is available or just the best choice. They can event switch seamlessly between devices at any time. It works with any mobile carriers, so you’re not tied to just one provider. SafetyLine even works when batteries die, a device is broken or if Staff is out of cellular coverage range.
