Voice Messages

With SafetyLine on each event, such as Check-In or Emergency, staff can record an audio (or text) message, full of useful information.

When a staff leaves a check-in message, this message is logged in the system but none of your managers/supervisors will ever actively need to listen to these messages. However, if a staff does get in to an emergency situation, Monitors/managers are presented with the previously recorded messages, and have access to all historical messages, in order to better assess the emergency and take appropriate actions.

All messages are time-stamped and associated to appropriate Check-In or Emergency events. Managers or System Administrators are able to explore through historical audio messages in real-time or as part of multimedia reporting tools.

Audio messages can include all types of information, and you can define the messaging protocols for your organization. These can include data such as Location, Timelines & Schedule, job-specific information, task at hand, apparent hazard risks, or any number of other options. This data will be useful for historical logging reasons, but more importantly will help to immediately create a better picture of a situation if a staff has an emergency, or even to determine false alarms.
