Key Reporting Features with SafetyLine:

User History Report  

SafetyLine's Web App provides custom reporting tools that can be used to determine user compliance, check-in frequency, and more. These reports collect user history details from SafetyLine over a specific period, and include events such as check-ins and GPS locations.

Not only are reports useful for showing safety compliance, but they can also be used to show what happened before, during, and after an emergency. In this way, reports show how a Worker has been using SafetyLine and how their Monitors have responded when necessary. Once a report has been created, you can print the information or export it as an Excel document.

Administrators and Monitors can create a User History Report for the users they administrate or monitor, while Workers are limited to creating a User History Report that reflects their own account information

System History Report  

System History Reports keep track of all of the changes made in your system. This includes changes such as passwords, Monitors, phone numbers, emails, and everything else you can do in SafetyLine. Using this information, you can keep track of a Group you're redesigning, find out if someone changed something by mistake, or keep track of who has had their permissions updated recently. All events are time stamped with the User’s name and provide what value was changed and what it has been changed to. The uses for the System History reports are endless, and running them consistently will give you up-to-date information on anything changing within your SafetyLine account.

User Summary Report

The User Summary Report makes finding out who's in your Company and what Group they belong to quickly and effortlessly. Running this report regularly will give you an idea of who has been added and removed from the system. Lastly, this report can be done on your entire Company or just a few select Groups where changes happen frequently.

While you again have multiple ways to view, print, or export your Report, the User Summary Report benefits more than the other report types by being exported to Excel. Because Excel allows you to view all users by the information attached to their profiles, viewing in Excel makes auditing all accounts very easy at a glance.

User Compliance Report  

The SafetyLine User Compliance Report is available at the Company level and will allow Administrators to generate a report to show how recently an individual has checked in. Once a report has been created, you can print the information or export it as an Excel document.

The User Compliance Report contains three segments to choose from: Users who've checked in within the last week, Users who checked in more than a week ago but less than one month ago, and Users who haven't checked in within the past month. By default, the report will generate Compliance data for all Groups and Users within the Company. However, you do have the option to narrow it down to a specific group or time segment that you wish.
