Using the SafetyLine lone worker safety app on a smartphone or a satellite-enabled device, employees who are working alone have the ability to check-in from anywhere while leaving voice or text messages, send GPS coordinates, and signal for help with the push of a button in an emergency.

The web interface gives organizations the most powerful access to SafetyLine and can be used from any browser on any computer or tablet for safety check-ins, monitoring, reporting, and administration.

The SafetyLine web app allows secured access to the SafetyLine system. Lone workers can edit personal settings and perform their Safetyline commands. Monitors can receive emergency notifications, as well as view lone worker histories, GPS maps, profiles, or step through emergency response procedures during an emergency. Monitors can also generate incident reports on-demand. Administrators have full access to run reports, change user settings, reconfigure settings for the organization, modify notification structures, and more

SafetyLine also provides an accessible panic button that lone workers can press in the case of an emergency. If the lone worker presses and holds the panic button, your monitor will be instantly notified of the emergency.

Just like using voicemail, SafetyLine allows lone workers to dial in to check in their status or declare a panic emergency. Monitors will also be notified by text and real phone calls whenever help is required.

The SafetyLine phone interface means that lone workers and Monitors can get access to an effective work-alone solution with even the most basic of phones, including landlines and cellular phones, or even satellite phones. Staff can dial into a toll-free number to perform all SafetyLine commands and can even setup speed-dials for one-button check-ins and panic commands. They can also receive check-in reminders from lone workers by telephone call, while Monitors can receive emergency notifications by telephone call and text message.
