Morgan also announced new legislation and a regulatory change to strengthen workplace safety in Saskatchewan.Bill 23, which will come into force on Wednesday, will increase penalties for workplace safety violations and allow for summary offence ticketing, similar to the same type of tickets that drivers get on the spot for infractions such as speeding.
