SafetyLine Web App

Use any browser on any computer or tablet for check-ins, monitoring, reporting and administration

The SafetyLine web application allows secured full access to SafetyLine. Workers can edit personal settings and perform Safetyline user commands. Monitors can receive emergency notifications, as well as view staff histories, GPS locations, user information and step through Emergency Response Procedures during an emergency. Monitors can also generate incident reports on demand. Administrators have full access to run reports, change user settings, configuration settings, notification structures, and alter system-wide settings. The SafetyLine web interface is the most powerful access point for the Safetyline service and can be accessed from any web browser on any computer or tablet.

Telephone

Just like using your voicemail, you can dial in to SafetyLine to perform Check-ins or Panic. Monitors will also be notified by SMS/TXT and with a real phone call whenever required.

The SafetyLine IVR (Interactive Voice Response) telephone interface means that Users and Monitors can get an effective Work Alone solution with even the most basic of phones, including landlines and basic cellular phones, or even Satellite phone. Staff can dial in to a toll-free number to perform all SafetyLine commands, and even setup speed-dials for one-button Check-in and Panic commands. They can also receive check-in reminders via telephone call, while Monitors can receive Emergency Notifications via telephone call and SMS message.

Satellite Devices

Great solutions for out of cell range, you can use your satellite phone or integrate your SPOT or inReach personal messengers with SafetyLine.

Use Satellite Phones with the automated telephone system, or integrate your personal satellite messenger devices, like the SPOT device. SPOT is the communications device. SafetyLine is the Work Alone Monitoring Service. SPOT is a great communication device to call for help in an emergency and log GPS location, in the same way that your cellular phone can be used to call 911 in an emergency. SafetyLine is the monitoring service that automatically and continuously tracks the Worker via the SPOT communication device detecting when a Worker may need help (check-in timer and panic button), notifying trained responders, and providing the responders with information and instructions on how to respond. Like the cellular phone, the SPOT device alone does not meet the requirements of Work Alone Regulations. The combination of Device and the SafetyLine Service provides a complete Solution.
